Holiday Break Program - Film Festivals and Workshops

The holiday break program provides the opportunity to fund regional film festivals and film making workshops for young people (aged 12-24) during school holidays. Potential programs include family-friendly screenings, filmmaking workshops and screen-based events.

Grants of up to $20,000 are available for applicants to deliver regional film festivals and screen-based workshops. 

The programs must comprise a partnership with at least one regionally based organisation and result in a public facing screening. 

Activities must take place during one / several of the following school holiday periods: 

• Winter School Holidays (4 July–15 July 2022) 
• Spring School Holidays (26 September–7 October 2022) 
• Summer School Holidays (21 December 2022–26 January 2023) 
• Autumn School Holidays (7 April–23 April 2023)
