Indigenous Australians' Health Programme Emerging Priorities Round 2

The objective of the IAHP is to support the delivery of, and access to, high quality, culturally appropriate health care and servicesto Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Australians.
The expected outcomes of the IAHP include improvements in:

• the health of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people;
• access to high quality, comprehensive and culturally appropriate primary health care; and
• system level support to the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander primary health care sector to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of services.

This program provides an opportunity for organisations to submit one-off proposals that address health care needs of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people where these proposals do not fit under other existing or planned grant opportunity rounds. he Emerging Priorities grant opportunities support evidence based, innovative projects targeting improved health outcomes specifically and primarily for Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander individuals or communities. Proposals are expected to use co-design approaches and/or show clear evidence of community engagement and support.
