Regional Event Fund - Flagship Event - 2024-2025

The Flagship Event stream identifies and assists the development of events that contribute to the unique character and culture of the tourism regions of NSW and can demonstrate that they attract overnight visitation. It offers grants specifically to support marketing activities aimed at increasing visibility and attracting visitation to the event from outside its immediate area.

Grants through the Flagship Event stream are only available to events that have been running for more than 2 years.

The Flagship Event stream offers 2 subcategories:

• Annual grant - $20,000 (ex GST)
• Triennial grant - $30,000 (ex. GST) per annum for 3 years

 

Regional Event Fund - Incubator Event - 2024-2025

The purpose of the Incubator Event stream is to offer seed funding to events in Regional NSW to support their first or second year of activity. The stream supports innovative events that demonstrate sound organisational planning, have a unique alignment with the character and culture of the local region and which can demonstrate a broad appeal likely to promote tourism and attract overnight visitation.

The Incubator Event stream offers seed funding for activities that are likely to establish the event as a driver of visitation.

 

Investing in Women Program - 2023-24

This program funds NSW organisations to develop and implement projects that advance the role, status and contribution of women and girls in our communities.The Investing in Women Funding Program seeks to fund innovative projects that focus on the three pillars that align with the NSW Women’s Strategy (2023 – 2026), in particular pillars two and three; Health and Wellbeing, and Participation and Empowerment.

Projects must involve high-quality activity, engagement, and participation with one of the focus communities of Women NSW.

 

Great Start Music Grants

This grant program provides assistance to Australian schools in need of a helping hand getting a music performance program off the ground. Yamaha Music Australia are proud to support music programs in schools across Australia who otherwise may never have had the opportunity or resources.

They are eager to support all Australian schools with a goal of providing the best possible music education for their students, including those schools with a brand new program, as well as as those aiming to make their established programs as strong as they can be. They are looking for schools that demonstrate a passion and drive for music education and a vision for how this grant could make a real impact. Up to ten grants are on offer in 2024 to support both the establishment of new programs and the growth of existing ones.
