Welcome to our Community Funding Opportunities and Awards Program Newsletter where you will find details of grant and funding programs that are available for the Northern Inland Region for community based projects and social enterprises.

Holiday Break Program: Spring 2025

The NSW Government’s Holiday Break program provides young people in regional NSW with the opportunity to enjoy a range of free activities to connect, socialise, learn new skills and have fun during the school holidays.

The NSW government is committed to supporting young people aged 12-24 years in Regional NSW. Applicants are encouraged to design high quality, inclusive and engaging programs for young people during the Spring school holiday period.

To create more opportunities for young people in remote and very remote NSW to attend social and recreational activities, additional funding for eligible organisations is available to support travel and accommodation costs of external suppliers delivering activities.

 

At Home Care Grants - 2025 - Round 2

Youngcare’s At Home Care Grants (AHCG) provide funding for equipment, home modifications and essential support that is unable to be funded through other means (eg. NDIS). This funding is to both enhance the quality of life for young people with high physical care needs and assist them to remain living in their own home with loved ones.

The grants provide one-off funding of up to $10,000 to help those aged 16-65 with high physical care needs who are living at home, and are at risk of entering inappropriate housing.

 

Tim Fischer Fellowship

The Tim Fischer Fellowship (TFF) is a prestigious program designed to support individuals passionate about making a difference in rural and regional Australia. Inspired by Tim Fischer’s honesty, integrity, and selflessness, this Fellowship supports a recipient with up to $50,000 in funding, mentorship, and networking opportunities to help turn their bold ideas into reality.

Recipients of this fellowship will receive:

  • Up to $50,000 for education, professional development, or research.
