Regional Precincts and Partnerships Program: Precinct Development and Planning

The Regional Precincts and Partnerships Program seeks to deliver transformative investment in regional, rural and remote Australia based on the principles of unifying regional places, growing their economies and serving their communities.

The program will focus on a partnership approach, bringing together governments and communities to deliver regional precincts that are tailored to local needs and have a shared vision in how that precinct connects to the region.

This grant opportunity is part of the regional Precincts and Partnerships Program.

The Precinct Development and Planning grant opportunity provides opportunities to develop a precinct idea through to investment-ready stage. The rationale for Stream One is to recognise that financial constraints can inhibit great concepts being explored further and developed into realistic, well-designed and planned projects.

 

NAIDOC Local Grants 2024

This grant opportunity is to provide a funding contribution to the cost of running a NAIDOC Week activity or event held between July and October 2024. As this grant opportunity is not intended to cover the full cost of running an activity or event, organisations must have other sources of co-contribution funding, which may include in-kind contributions.

The activity or event must promote the annual National NAIDOC Week theme, and support the Australian Government’s commitment to celebrate, support, and raise awareness of First Nations histories and cultures within the wider community. An activity or event being run by a non-First Nations organisation must have support from the local First Nations  community/ies.

 

Supporting People With Cancer - Round 15

The Supporting people with cancer Grant initiative is an annual grants program that aims to support people affected with cancer through actions to improve equity in cancer outcomes and experiences through funding evidence-based projects that reduce the impact of cancer, promote equitable outcomes and better support people affected by cancer.

Grants must support at least one or more of the priority populations groups identified in the Plan and/or demonstrate direct improvements in outcomes for people whose outcomes are inequitable, for example, people impacted by rare or less common cancers with poor outcomes.
