RCB Sponsorship Assessment

Regional Development Australia - Northern Inland (RDANI) is a Regional Certifying Body (RCB) for the Skilled Regional (Nominated) Visa (Subclass 489).

RCB certification assessment for Skilled Regional Sponsorship

Please include the following information in your application:

• Completed NSW State Government 489 Form (Download below)

• Resume
• Certified copies of:
  • Passport
  • Skills Assessment
  • International English Language Test Results
  • Work References (minimum 12 months paid employment work experience)
  • Australian Qualifications/Certificates
• Cheque payment or copy of bank transfer / deposit receipt from your bank for the certification fee

Process of Sponsorship Application

Allow up to 6 weeks for processing
Certification Fee of AUD $750 (Inc GST) applies and must be paid upon submission of documents
Fees payable are subject to change at any time.

RCB Certification for Employer Nominations

(187 Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme)

Employers wishing to submit a nomination must provide the following:

• Completed Form 1404 available from DIAC’s website
• 2 years’ worth of financials plus a letter from the accountant
• Signed copy of the contract between the employer and employee
• Copy of the business registration
• Cheque payment or copy of bank transfer / deposit receipt from your bank for the certification fee
• Copy of Request for Assessment Checklist (See bottom of page)
• Additional information may be required.

Please note that there will be changes to this visa from 1st July 2012. Please contact this office for further details or refer to the DIAC website.
