Skilled Migration for Northern Inland NSW Australia

Important Information for State and Territory Nominated Skilled Visa Subclasses 475, 487, 176 and 886

The Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) has recently released new information regarding these visa subclasses and the Form 1100 requirement.

Further information can be found on their website at: www.immi.gov.au/skilled/general-skilled-migration/state-territory-nominated-visas-475-487-176-886.htm

For applicants completing their 6 months in the Northern Inland Region for the 487 Off-List, the recent announcement by DIAC has superseded the 6 month requirement of the State Government. DIAC has advised all applicants should be allocated to a case officer by 31st March 2013.

PLEASE NOTE WE ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTING OFF-LIST NOMINATIONS.

Nominations are now being accepted for Subclass 187 (Employer Nomination) and 489 (Provisional Skilled Regional Nomination).

Regional Development Australia - Northern Inland (RDANI) is an authorised body to provide certification of applications for visas in accordance with one migration category, namely, The Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme (RSMS) that leads to permanent residency in Australia.

Additionally, RDANI is authorised by the State Government to provide sponsorship to applicants under the Skilled Regional Sponsored (Provisional Visa) category.

RDANI provides these services through its Skilled Migration Project Officer and an administration fee (incl. GST) applies for processing applications under the two categories.

RDANI is unable to provide advice on general migration matters outside of the scope of the relevant schemes noted above that are specifically directed at attracting Skilled Migrants to regional Australia.

Extensive advice can be obtained from the Australian Government’s Department of Immigration and Citizenship DIAC website.
