In order to assist employers, job-seekers and training and education providers, Regional Development Australia – Northern Inland (RDANI) are undertaking the first ever comprehensive Skill Shortages Survey specific to our region and we would appreciate your valued input.

As we travel the region and talk with business owners and other organisations, the challenges of finding and retaining skilled and reliable staff has emerged as a major impediment to growth, profitability and service delivery. Clearly, we require information on skill shortages tailored to our region.

This survey is designed to explore the issues in more detail, and help us work with businesses and agencies in the region to find real solutions. All information will be treated as strictly confidential and results will be aggregated so no individual business’s response can be identified. The final report will be made available to you.

We appreciate that you are busy and in turn, we have kept this questionnaire as short as possible while also collecting enough data to make a real difference in our region. This survey will take around 10 to 15 minutes to complete depending on the responses you give. We kindly request you to complete the survey by 5pm Sunday the 17th of December. We appreciate your time and valuable responses.

To say thank you for your time, upon completing the survey you can enter a draw for a $500 Visa gift card. Just provide us with some details at the end of the survey so we can contact you if you win.
